Settling in at stop #2

 I had great, productive work days yesterday and today. Today, I finished the very busy and intricate passage I've been spending a lot of time on. Maybe I need a hike tomorrow morning :)

The tiny house is on the hosts' lot, in a "neighborhood" with upscale mountain houses on big lots separated by woods. There are deer around all the time and they are not shy at all. I'm at about 8,000 feet.

What's really cool is the square mile of public land (BLM) that is literally across the road from me. There are lots of trails, and it's beautiful open Ponderosa Pine forest, with lots of space between the trees for sunlight. I'm sure I will walk there every day.
